Japanese anemones

These pretty flowers appear each year in two different spots in our garden and are very welcome. They need no maintenance, just cutting down when they are finished. Just the sort of easy plant I like.
Amazon delivered a parcel today. It was an electronic spider repellant that I will put in our hall. Spiders of all sorts seem to enjoy living in our hall. There seem to be different varieties at different times. At the moment I have a problem with very fine, very sticky webs and there is no sign of the spiders that produce them. Once cleared, they are back within a couple of days. I do hope this gadget works!
