Hummus

This is a dish of homemade Hummus.
 
Our granddaughter strongly recommends eating with Tangy Cheese corn chips, so here they are.
 
The recipe is  from the book Jerusalem by Yotam Ottolenghi & Sami Tamini and they describe a Hummusaria as a simple eatery specialising almost only in hummus.
 

I can just imagine the chatter round the table as the clients dig into their favourite variety of this tasty dish.
