Spotted Flycatcher

We ( my sister and I)  managed a walk to the farm. It's a very long time since she has been so I drove her up the hill and then followed by foot.

Our spirits were lifted by Swallows and many other birds seen feeding on Rowan Berries with at least one obvious alarm call from a Ring Ouzel with many Starlings and some Mistle Thrushes and Blackbirds.

The Spotted Flycatchers were located in a new area but then one gave up a close up

Enjoyed the Cricket on the BBC - such a treat without Adverts and a great game.
