Memorial for air crash victims

After taking my Mum her Sunday lunch and taking ‘The Oldies’ out to M&S (at their request) I stopped by to photograph the memorial by the Arun river to remember the eleven men from the Shoreham air crash in 2015.
The Hawker Hunter jet crashed during an air show and burst into flames killing them but miraculously not the pilot.  All very sad.
You can just see the airport on the other side of the river.
