Bit dull
We decided to go hillwalking today and bag a Corbett and then a Graham. The forecast suggested light winds and clear air and a patchwork of sun; we got virtually calm conditions, clear air and quite overcast sky that led to poor opportunities for blips. The Corbett is unnamed on the OS 1:50K map but has many names: Beinn Stacach or Ceann na Baintighearna or Stob Fear-tomhais, and the Graham is Creag Mhor. The blip is the view from Creag Mhor and it looks very pleasant but you can’t see the insects that were there in their masses; we left shortly afterwards. The prominent hills on the right are Stob Binnein and Ben More.
Best on black.
