Fire Stairs

Arkadia is gloriously curved, asymmetrical, made from 500,000 recycled bricks - and the only apartment complex around here that has external fire stairs.

I nipped down while they were doing the annual fire safety check of our own building. From experience, the fire alarm will go off two or three times over the next few weeks, probably between 2 and 4 in the morning.
