Taken from the side of the road as we travelled towards home in Motueka, NZ.

This road was once the main state highway between Nelson, Upper Moutere, Motueka and Golden Bay - it was replaced by the slightly shorter coastal road.

The young pine trees will eventually hide this view, but for the moment it can be enjoyed.

The sun was getting low in the sky on what is the last day of meteorological winter.

If Covid-19 hadn’t put and end to our international holiday we would have arrived in Southampton, UK for two nights - about to start on another adventure!
