Union Canal Milepost

I was working from home today, but got out for a short run during lunch hour.

When running, I carry my phone to track my location, and then feed it back into Endomondo. It can be intresting to see where I've been, and just how slowly I run!

Anyway, it also meant that I had some kind of camera with me, and since I knew I was unlikely to get many more opportunities for a photo of the day, I grabbed the chance when I saw it.

This milepost is on the Union Canal near the village of Polmont. It indicates that we are four and a half miles from the original start of the canal.
