Top of the Wolds: Bluestone Heath Road

Belmont TV transmission tower (known as Yellow Belly Telly after the waistcoats of the Lincolnshire Regiment) can be seen above the L in Scamblesby. It is a major source of myths and stories. The other notable vertical source of such things, the spire of St James's in Louth is behind me, to the east as I take this photo.

The extra is of Lincolnshire monoculture. Fewer than 100 more harvests of cheap food? Working with or against nature? Grand views?

Sir Ken Robinson has died. Google his TED talks for good entertainment and education.
