Backford Hall

This lovely old Grade 11 listed building was a private house, built in 1863, and then used as offices by  Cheshire County Council until 2012 when it as sold off for residential development.  I popped round to visit a friend who lives opposite and we had a walk round. The chimneys are wonderful. A two bedroomed leasehold flat costs £320,000. I wonder how much it would cost in London. The developers made 10 flats out of it.
