Not a good start!

Mum and dad were due to fly out to France but decided to give their neighbour's Labrador a biscuit first. The dog was obviously upset that his biscuit suppliers were going away so made a lunge at the biscuits still in mum's hand and just caught her finger, which of course didn't stop bleeding.
They wrapped it in kitchen paper and sellotape and went to First Aid at Gatwick who sorted it out with a proper dressing so they could fly out to Bordeaux.
Not a good start to the holiday, but the pain was helped with some wine on arrival, and a BBQ.
