Do you know the relationship between paracetamol and an iron?

If you have brown sticky gunk on the iron plate, get a paracetamol between some long nosed pliers and rub across the hot plate. It loosens all the muck and you can just wipe it away with a wet cloth. It might take two or three of the white tablets (don’t use the coloured capsule ones).

That was my success today. Unfortunately, we still don’t have a dishwasher as the payment didn’t go through. Though AO’s customer service is a billion times better than Curry PC World’s.
