Ground works

Work has carried on slowly but steadily on the reformatting of the terrace beside the clede. The idea is to have a paved ramp up to a flat area. Look back to the 21st of August and you can get the 'almost before' image. Still some way before we get to the 'after' photo.
High drama in the evening as two of DS#1's mates arrived at Marseille and got into a hired car nausea. This time (partly) their own fault but my experiences with Goldcar were not good and I would certainly never use them again. 
Stress levels rose significantly so Tricia and myself absented ourselves to the village to see friends who have just sold their house. We ended up being collared into moving some furniture about.....
