Looking very cool and so very colourful in the sunshine this morning with its abdomen catching the light, Tachina was nosing in the field scabious at Trench Wood. 

A positive joy rocking up to the calm and serenity of the trees which tower over you as you walk up through the paths. The silence was awesome.
