Bringing back the ball

This was on our walk about an hour ago. Things are beginning to feel autumnal. Lots of berries on the bushes and in the hedgerows. The maize looks nearly ready for harvest. Lovely fine evening. Pierce is quite good at retrieving tennis balls. Charlie gets very excited and rounds the ball up and runs in circles but never picks it up. What a team they make.
