Bedtime

I suffer from chronic insomnia, sometimes related to stress, sometimes it comes on for no apparent reason. When insomnia hits hard, I take these tablets which my GP prescribes to try and break the sleeplessness cycle (with mixed results). The tablets are temazepam 10mg - temazepam is a drug from the benzodiazepine family who's most famous member is diazepam (one brand of which is Valium). All benzodiazepines are highly addictive and should only be used under medical instruction.
