Accident Waiting To Happen

Our town has been chosen to trial these e-scooters. Our pedestrian/walkways are believed to be ideal for these machines which can travel at up to 14 mph. Given that anyone over 17 in possession of a provisional licence can hire these I fear for the safety of those on foot.
