Claire's Sky Bar

Tonight the 4 of us headed off to Claire's. Most people we know are taking a step back socially, which is sad but also wise! So instead of the usual Caña Club we were invited to Claire's 'sky bar' as she calls it, her rooftop terrace! We thought we were going for a drink and some crisps, but she made homemade patatas bravas (cooked on the rooftop), melty provolone cheese, chorizo, wine etc etc...we were totally spoiled! It was gorgeous! We headed from there to the prison to wave at Sole in her cell - we usually go on Wednesdays but can't go tomorrow so we went today. This week and last week someone else has been waving at us too, ha!! We have no clue who it is, 2 cells away from Sole...whoever they are they're enthusiastic! As ever, it was moving waving to her and having that connection...we bid a hasty retreat when we could see the guards starting to move around the perimeter. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Claire's hospitality and chatting to Stephen and Todd in Atlanta on WhatsApp video. 
2) Time playing in the park with Nate - he's such good fun.
3) Turning down a last minute photography job in favour of waving to Sole and feeling I'd made the right choice.
