Hanging kitchens
Today we did a tour along some towns in the province Groningen, to the north-east of where we're situated right now. We visited four towns, made loads of photos of all kinds of beautiful buildings, churches, harbors and windmills. Highlight for me and primary goal for the day was this street, with hanging kitchens. The houses used to be warehouses and were later converted to residential houses. The kitchens were added on the outside, hanging above the water.
In the last town of today's itinerary we had a delicious dinner in an Italian restaurant. We were one of a few guests, but it looked like they had everything under control for more busy times, every table separated from the next one with see-through screens.
