Whilst Prone

Started off around the morning circuit but I had to turn back; I went over on my ankle.  CMC helped me up, I hobbled home and CMC carried on.  At home my ankle was very sore and very swollen; I think it could have been worse. Luckily Nurse Thomson (Jnr) is staying in the flat so she was able to cool it / dress it etc.
On CMC’s return she made a fresh batch of pancakes – better than a poultice.
Remember, never under-rate the night life in New Byth.
