Lockdown buddies

These two have undoubtedly seen more of each other than any other single person throughout the past 6 months! Not to mention they also sleep about a metre apart too!

Tomorrow they go back to not spending so much time together - Zion starts year two, and Friday Allegra begins reception. She cannot wait and is disappointed to have to wait an extra day! Zion on the other hand, Poor thing...

He already wasn’t keen. But today we found out that his friend - (he only ever really mentioned two friends - Toby - who has moved away, and Abdus - the one friend he was looking forward to seeing) - anyhow, Abdus’ mum sent a message on the parents chat today to say she has decided (after considering it for two years) to home school him and his younger brother, so he won’t be coming back... We were in Under Pressure when I found out, and told him... Poor lad burst into tears... and I had tears in my eyes! Thank goodness Beth was there to cheer him up/ distract him!
