They're clearly not short of a penny for their electricity bill... Sadly, some of those pennies are coming from my pocket. Couldn't they manage my pension from a dark shed in Cumbernauld instead of from prime real estate in the capital?

I say "manage". Thankfully I just have a wrap from Standard Life, and an independent expert to actually mange my funds...
