This.....

.... went from 'the light bulb in the kitchen has blown' to 'I'm going to have to get an electrician in'!!!!

To be fair this light fitting has always been a pig to change the bulb in, and this time it broke.

Then when hubby went to get a new fitting, of course, they're not made anymore, so he had to get a different one, and as the house lights are all the same it's going to look odd.

Brilliant suggestion from me, take the one from the laundry and put it in the kichen, and put new one in the laundry. That way it won't notice so much, hopefully.
