Who is this masked woman?

Felt a bit flat today so cleared some space in the garage in an attempt to improve life. And then decided to have a go at putting in a time for the OU Virtual Tour (5 mile race in Aug, 5k in Sep, 10k in Oct). I don’t particularly like races because they are hard work and unpleasant, so I don’t often do them. But I did an OK 10k yesterday and, if I could put in a reasonable time (sub 7 min miles?)...

So went out and did it in a sliver under 33 mins. 6:37 a mile! And, when I checked, a PB - beating 2006 Nick by 12 seconds!

The huge amount of running since March has paid off.

In the afternoon, we had a gentle ride out for tea and cake...
