Mahonia preparing

for Autumn with varying shades. Super warm afternoon after a dull morning, we had overnight rain which is the best time.

Our over 40 yrs. old radiator was carried down two lots of steps by our workman and his son, they had just placed it at the end of our drive when white vanman stopped looked up at me, I nodded, he did thumbs up and the radiator was loaded into van - quite comical the way he appeared at just the right time. Due to productivity problems on most things, we are unable to get the particular replacement we wanted, so another choice made and will be here tomorrow.
