St. Werburgh Street, Chester

Today F and I went into the Chester, our first visit to anywhere large since before lockdown.  My main destination was the camera shop where I bought a Panasonic mirrorless camera.  I have been thinking about this for a while as I'm struggling carrying my Canon dslr plus my long lens for any distance.  I'll have a play with it tomorrow.

We did some essential shopping for things that we can't get in Oswestry then had a walk along the city walls.  I was a bit nervous about going to the city but it was very quiet and most people were wearing masks.

This is St Werburgh Street leading to the cathedral.  St. Werburgh is the patron Saint of Chester and she has a lovely street named after her.
