EB (again!)

Managed to get up and nip to the shop first thing so got out of the flat for a change. Nice bright day, but still didn't manage a proper walk - really need to sort out my exercise mojo and get a grip.
Millions of meetings but all ok, a systems melt down and some progress on planning the non-wedding weekend (thanks Sallymair!), so all in all fairly successful.
Not really very hungry in the evening and broken glass throat yet again so I had my hot toddy early. Knitting group was postponed as we're all a bit under the weather one way or another and I fancied an early night....
