Le Colvert

This restaurant is close to some of our favourite Gaillac vineyards.  We had the Iberica ham and the veal along with a Sarabelle chardonnay.  We visited Sarabelle afterwards and bought some of the same chardonnay. A few other vineyard visits and home by 6pm.  It was a lovely day.
