Just a cow and her baby

trying to stay cool under the trees.   Not much inspiration today as it is a busy day. 

 We are heading back up to the North Carolina mountains for the long Labor Day weekend. In temperatures that will be perfect!!   Low 70s instead of the 90s here at home!!       My big boy asked if I could make a pound cake as he has not had one in a long time so I did that this morning.  It smelled really good and we might have to eat a piece just to make sure it is okay!    My younger son is going with us again and has said he will take care of the cooking so that means I will be on cleanup duty.    I already bought paper plates!
