Twitching eye

Well today I have been that tired I almost didn't take any photos!!

Long hard residential this weekend which resorted in me being even more knackered than usual at the end of it.....

This morning my alarm was very ungreatfully heard at 6:30am where I was normally anticipating going to HIIT! I wasn't sure if I could get there as body was saying no but the brain aided me getting up and off I went!!
Good job too as it was a fantastic class and set me up for the day!!

As the day has gone on I have got more and more tired and my back has ached more and more which is not good. I have also had a twitching eye as pictured above.... Someone told me I need a rest..... I didn't know what they meant so decided to do a double class this evening to finish myself off
