Action Sunday

Started the day with Rugby training on the beach as the Match was cancelled due to a waterlogged pitch. Most of the boys, Ally included, went for a quick swim afterwards. Home for showers and baths to warm up (lily did play at Truro) before we went to Trebah to meet the Stevenses and have Sunday lunch. Except Trebah was full so we went to a nearby pub who did an excellent Sunday lunch - as good as Trebah. Pudding for the children was an ice-cream at Maenporth beach while the adults had warming coffees. Before pudding there was a lot of running and screaming on the beach and here is a picture of Lily running past. We got home, quickly watched England's incredible win, had tea, put the kids to bed and then I caught the sleeper train to Reading for a break!
