Right in the heart of Welli's retail district where we spent some time today getting The Boss's old number plate from the car he doesn't have anymore on to the one he does. 
Good things take time but by end of day the extra tells all and a virtual chocolate fish to the first one that "completely" decodes The Boss's plate.
Clue....Not what it says...What it means. 
Pawscript....He has just spent the last half hour with The Bossess on the phone 'Cos the coffee machine at Wanaka has had a hissy fit.
