Procrastination

I finished stitching this "Old English Bell Pull" today. The kit has been lurking in the "projects to do" pile for at least 20 years. Finally, I pulled it out with determination to stitch it a week or two ago and the last stitch went in late this morning. 
Now to interline it, back it and hang it. Bell pull hangers are not that easy to find but I'm working on it.
My aunt suggested it might serve as a book mark, not realising it measures about 77 x 8 cm .
A beautiful day here today...lemon shortbread made, roses and blackberries   given  fertiliser encouragement rat bait stations re-baited and Dr Deano fixed the pump that feeds the garden pond after spending a couple of hours playing the cathedral organ in town.
