The Road Home

After 191 days of self-isolation, over six months of going only into the garden, we escaped this morning.  I drove to Cambridge so that my husband could have some minor day surgery; they were practicing excellent Covid-19 procedures.  On the way home I stopped for fuel and once again the social distancing was excellent.
 
Today’s picture was taken by my husband with his iPhone as I drove home. I had hoped to take a picture of something more interesting, but from home to clinic and back home again, did not provide any other opportunities.

The temperature today was eighteen degrees Celsius at GMT noon.
