My task for the day was a trip to the garden centre to buy 5 plants to replace some dead ones in pots. I was tempted to forget that and buy this chap - a metal model of an elephant, standing at over 8 feet high to the top of his trunk (protruding through the canvas roof.) An adjacent giraffe was even cheaper.
