Bolete

Its only the start of the fungi season but I'm already confused! I think this is the Sepia Bolete (Xercomellus prosporous) but its not a species I've seen before and I'm always suspicious when I find one that is described as 'rare'. It could also be the Red Cracking Bolete (Xercomus chrysenteron) or some other Bolete I haven't even heard of.
