Cold nights

Back to landscaping including some pruning of a couple of shrubs.  It involved a battle with a bramble bush.  I won this round but I suspect it will come back for another go.  Having cleared the area, an idea emerged so a change of plan will be considered.  Good to be flexible.
I was going to deadhead the echinops but the bees were busy.  Quite a few were very still.  It may be the colder nights.
