Day 1 of Annandale Way

Day 1 of the Annandale Way - 14 miles in gloriously clear conditions ...

... route basically goes from Moffat all the way up-and-around the Devil's Beef Tub - crucially taking in the "source" of the River Annan along the way :-)

Main snap was taken whilst we were returning to Moffat, with the 'Beef Tub' hills in the background. Couple of extras - 1st showing the cairn at the source of the River Annan (a similar one is at the end!); 2nd showing a beautiful peacock butterfly.
