Weetabix Challenge

L received a lovely piece of bling (medal) and a T-shirt for the ASICS London 10k Weetabix youth challenge through the post but hasn’t actually done the distance yet.

So I was out with her this morning for a 2k run to break her back into cardio and on completion of 10k she’ll be awarded her prize.

She did very well considering no cardio for ages.
