This morning I noticed that my pink clematis had a new flower on for the first time in a couple of months.

Having a quiet day after our eldest granddaughter had a sleepover last night. She was a little angel, so well behaved and polite and great to be able to have her to stay again for the first time since we came out of lockdown and then the extra restrictions of the last few weeks. She slept well, but I struggled to get to sleep as I was listening for her. She appeared at our bedside at 7am wide awake and ready for the day!
