In the Country

There are two ways to get from the Oxford house to Sydlings Copse - one route involves jumping in the car and driving to the gate just north of the copse, but that means you miss out on seeing this lovely old tree. 

The walking route through Barton and across the fields past this tree and approaches the copse from the south.  I'm pretty sure the walking route goes through one of the many areas ear-marked for new housing - but at the moment I'm making the most of it.
