His hill run /walk today was steeper than the last, which was slightly longer but less elevation.

We had the option to go onto the next hill but I didn't want to put him off at this early stage in the game... so quit when I was ahead and stuck to plan A.

Meant he was happy and I was happy that he was happy.

I gave him one of my running vest bags, with his own soft flask of water, jelly babies and spare top to carry.

Jelly babies went down a treat at the top.

He seemed to like the idea of carrying his own stuff... get him used to that now to! :-D
