Tractor Man

A lovely day weather-wise and a good tractor day. John has been hankering for a mower to fit on the back of his Fordson tractor (don't even ask 'why'). Today there was an auction 'up north' with the right mower for sale to the highest bidder; fortunately an online auction. Luckily (I think) he secured the deal at a price he was prepared to pay and the mower will soon be heading south!!

We went along to the barn where some friends kindly store the tractor, to give it a run out. I needed a blip and wanted to try out a few things so went along with the camera. The light was strong and interesting so, as J turned a corner, I saw this almost-silhouetted shot and pointed the camera with fingers crossed. It worked.

I had been experimenting with double exposures plus how to get more than two images in the one exposure. One example added as extra. I am following a two day online RPS course on Creative Photography - two hours per day - and excellent. Tomorrow is another day!
