Lifting up your shirt and everyone giggles

Baby S and his future girlfriend Ms R played together today. So fun to see the play between them now.

Today I ran 8 miles. 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening...it was a fluke really. If you would have told me I would have run 8 miles a couple months ago, I would have said you were crazy. And the best part, it was amazing.
