Cotton Friend

Came across this little shop as I was walking through one of the old neighborhoods of the city. It was located on one of the "shopping streets" of the neighborhood, of which there are fewer and fewer in a forever rebuilding Japan.

From the top, the sign says (momen seihin) [finished cotton goods]...not 100% sure as my Japanese is very limited. And then, Cotton Fabric [Friend], and then the name of the business/owners, (Kitayama eigyoujo) [Kitahama's place of business].

They were closed for the day, or else I would have popped my head inside. :-)
