Back To Square One

Although this is not square 
Put weight on over the last week
Not surprised I've been so stressed and not watching what I eat 
But it's certainly better than Covid
But I have caught Milos cold so I'm feeling rough 
At least we know it's only a cold 
Off to Tesco for some lemons this morning when they open
