Ruddy Common Vagrant?

A Darter dragonfly.  One identification page had me excited that it might be a rare Vagrant Darter - but more likely a Common Darter, perhaps a Ruddy Darter...  Probability says Common Darter.

To be sure I need to see if it has pale stripes on its legs, spots on its tummy or the length of a line on the face.  Come on guys, even getting this close to a jumpy insect was a challenge!
