Tufted duck!!

Mr U&L came with me to Colchester today, as I really felt I needed to go to my late friends house just to understand she was no longer there. It was a very sad day, but cathartic in so many ways. 
After leaving her husband we went for a little trip to Abberton reservoir, where we spent a while photographing the Tufted ducks diving for food - as you can see they were really quick and feet was mostly all I managed to capture!
I also visited Layer church (see extra) which will be my dear friends ashes final resting place. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place, on high ground overlooking the reservoir she loved so much.
