Blighted

We have had to take drastic action and pick all the tomatoes as the leaves and stems were showing signs of blight. This is a fungus like organism that spreads very rapidly and destroys the leaves and stems and then the tomatoes. We will check the fruit each day as they ripen in the garden shed. There will have to be some chutney making so we do not lose all the crop. (This can also happen to potatoes!)
