Returning chicks

Three months ago today, 7th June, I blipped our semi-tame pheasant's brood of chicks (see extra). That was almost the last we saw of them, and we often wondered whether they survived.

Look who walked into the garden today. We counted five from the original nine, which is not to say there aren't others out there somewhere. We hope so.
